Mr. Tom Englerth, II  has over 20 years of experience in the land development design and surveying profession. During that time he has completed and/or managed a variety of land development and surveying projects from  large, multi-unit residential subdivisions as well as industrial and commercial.  Since starting with C. S. Davidson in 2004, he has led the creation and success of the Land Development Department where he is responsible for business development, planning, organizing, and directing the work for all land development survey projects at the York and Lancaster offices. He is a graduate of Penn State University Wilkes-Barre ('91) with a degree in Surveying Technology.
