Licenses
Privilege their holders to go upon the land of another. But unlike an easement, a license is not an interest in land; it is merely a privilege, revocable at the will of the licensor. It is personal to the licensee and, thus, inalienable. Any attempt to transfer a license results in revocation by operation of law.
