Dr. Wesley Parks

Dr. Parks is a professional land surveyor in the State of California. He has worked for the California Department of Transportation where his principle activities were in the areas of vertical GPS surveys. cadastral surveys, and GPS control surveys. Prior to his work in CalTrans, Dr. Parks was an adjunct professor for the Department of Civil and Surveying Engineering at California State University, Fresno. Dr Parks received his M.S. from the Department of Civil and Surveying Engineering at the University of California, Fresno in 1991. Prior to this Dr. Parks worked as a Fishery biologist and marine scientist. He received his Ph.D. in Fishery Oceanography from the University of Washington in 1975.
